KnuckleBuster Mission
We at KnuckleBuster Motorcycle Rental take pride in the service we provide to our clients. We understand your time is precious and therefore we have built our business model around providing you with the best Harley rental experience through first-class delivery and the most time on your rental motorcycle. We understand a trip to a motorcycle shop can be inconvenient, so we deliver our bikes directly to you! Never any hassles with KnuckleBuster Motorcycle Rental.
Renter Requirements
All drivers must be 21 years or older, and must posses a valid drivers license that qualifies him/her to operate a motorcycle in the country of origin. (Endorsement). International license are on valid in combination of the issuing country. We accept all driver licenses issued by any country as long it is endorsed for motorcycle.
Reservation & Deposit
A rental deposit of $50.00 per day per bike will be charged on the reservation date. This deposit will be applied to the rental balance at the time of motorcycle acquisition.
Refund Policy
In case of my cancellation prior to scheduled rental acquisition, my deposit amount will be applied to a future rental (subject to model availability & 24 hour rule). 24 Hour Rule: If for some reason I cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled rental acquisition, KnuckleBuster Motorcycle, LLC may assess a $50 per day, per bike fee. In case of poor weather conditions prior to scheduled start date/time, deposits will be applied to a future rental (subject to model availability).
Motorcycle Delivery Policy
In order to provide you and our other clients with the finest service in the industry, we need you to provide an accurate address for us to deliver your motorcycle. This information is not required to make a reservation and can be changed up to but not including 24 hours before the rental acquisition. We will confirm this address one week prior to your rental acquisition date.
Motorcycle Return Policy
We require you to provide an address for us to pick-up the motorcycle. This information is not required to make a reservation. However, you will be required to specify a pick-up/ return destination at the time of rental acquisition.
Customer Orientation
Every client will receive orientation on their rented motorcycle. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the clients' maintenance responsibilities, and local/ state laws.
Storage
If necessary, we will provide storage for client valuables for the rental term free of charge at the clients risk.
Equipment
Helmets and a security lock are provided with all motorcycle rentals. Clients are encouraged to bring their own helmets for comfort and style reasons.
Additional Equipment
Gloves, Glasses, Bandanas, etc. will be available for sale upon motorcycle acquisition. Leather jackets are available for rent @ $10.00 / day. Please inform us if you will need a jacket. Ask about the new KnuckleBuster Motorcycle t-shirts!
Motorcycle Substitution
KnuckleBuster reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental Client. Should KnuckleBuster not be able to provide confirmed motorcycle a similar or better model will be provided to the Client. This constitutes the maximum liability of KnuckleBuster
Fuel &
Mileage
Fuel costs are client's responsibility. KnuckleBuster claims no responsibility for motorcycle fuel consumption and/ or mileage. Each vehicle is provided with a full tank of gas and unlimited
mileage. If desired, you may pre-pay your first tank of gas or return vehicle full. A Charge of $25 will be applied to the renter's credit card if fuel pre-pay is not purchased and vehicle needs refueling.
Maintenance Responsibility
The customer is responsible for checking engine oil levels at each
refueling and reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at pick-up. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.
Road Restrictions & Warnings
(Violation of listed restrictions voids all VIP Theft & Damage Waivers and client will be held liable for damages.)
Road Restriction: Rental motorcycles are not allowed on gravel roads, beaches, "logging" or other non-public roads.
Alligator Alley WARNING: If your journey will take you through Alligator Alley, be aware. Alligator Alley is an 80 mile toll road with no gas stations. FILL UP BEFORE YOU GO! It cuts directly through the everglades and as such, there are regular
sittings of animals very close to or on the road.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1,000 will be authorized at pick-up. Security deposit must be processed via valid credit card. The authorization will be cancelled upon satisfactory return of undamaged vehicle.

Additional Drivers
1 additional drivers permitted at no extra charge. Minimum Age for Additional Drivers is 21. Additional rider must possess a valid motorcycle license.
Payment Methods
KnuckleBuster Motorcycle Rental accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Traveler's Cheques, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.
Insurance Options
State law requires riders to possess liability insurance which is charged at $15.00 / rental-day by our insurance provider. You have the option of taking the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at an additional $15.00 / rental-day. The CDW indemnifies the renter of any liability above the $1,000 security deposit.
